About One Consult
One Consult Building Services Ltd was formed in 2019 by Managing Director Stephen O'Neill, MIET, MCIBSE.
Our consultant engineers have over 23 years’ experience working on M&E design within the construction industry.
We also have extensive site experience, enabling us to provide workable detailed designs and identify engineering solutions to complex tasks.
We use all of the expected industry standard design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Dialux/Dialux Evo and Hevacomp in our projects.
